Aloha, my name is Davyana San Miguel (they/them). My mom named me after my papa, David and the Greek keyboardist, Yanni. I was born on the beautiful island of O’ahu, but spent most of my years on Maui. Since 2018, Lenapehoking (Brooklyn) has been the place I call home and where I’ve worked primarily as a freelance filmmaker. Recently, my experiences have led me to becoming a line cook at Cotra Izakaya in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
I am working on two personal films, camgirl and no ka oi. Open to contract work as an editor, on a limited basis. Priority to projects that align with my style (experimental, animation, music).
